Twisted Gem Gallery, part of the Twisted Gallery brand, offers a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the receipt of your item or items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received. Please also include a copy of your original invoice in the return package.
To initiate a return, you can contact me at debbie@twistedgemgallery.com. If your return is accepted, I will provide you with the return instructions and address where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If there are any damages or issues with your order, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This way, I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that there are exceptions for non-returnable items; unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Regarding refunds, we will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please understand that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
