At Twisted Gem Gallery, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Our shipping policy is designed to give you a clear understanding of how we process and deliver your packages.
All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Some of our products are made-to-order, therefore, production and processing times will vary with most orders. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed. However, increased order volumes, order size and quantities, and product availability may result in longer processing times.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery Time:
Once your package has been handed over to the post office, we rely on their services for the delivery. In general, packages take approximately one week from the shipping date to arrive. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please allow for extra time for your items to be delivered. Factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.
Tracking Information:
When a shipping label is created, the package is handed over to the post office on the same day. If your package has tracking, please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated. In some cases, USPS may not scan the package until it reaches the destination city or until it has been delivered. If you have concerns about your package, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for assistance.

However, please note that USPS is better equipped to provide detailed information about the status and location of your package.
